THE MAJORITY OF VILLAGES IN DUBOSSARY DISTRICT ARE SUPPLIED WITH GAS.

As the correspondent of the press agency “Olvia-press” informs from Dubossary, accomplishment of the State Program of supplying the republic with gas in the district.

Most part of living areas of Dubossary district are connected to the gas-pipe. The hospital in the village Doybany, local institutions of public education, and high schools of villages Goyany and Koykovo were the first to receive the ‘blue fuel’. Due to gasification, in the high school in the village Tsybuliovka there became warmer. A lot of means were taken from the local budget and spent for reparation of roofs and reconstruction of the autonomous boiler-house.

By calculations of Dubossary authority, in the year or two, citizens of big and small villages in Novo-Komissarovsk and Krasno-Vinogradsk directions and the most remote village Novye Goyany will receive the ‘blue fuel’.

Simultaneously with gasification of settlements in the town and district, there is strict account of consumed fuel. As we have been informed in the department “Dubossary-Gas”, by early 2003, about 10 thousand gas-counters have been installed. The started year,  works for installation of gas-counters will go on. Herewith, the counters will be installed not only in multistoried and private houses but also on enterprises and organizations, where the main production process is connected with usage of natural gas this or that way.

The department “Dubossary-Gas” also informed us that population of the town and district will pay for used fuel according to gas-counter indications as before. As for the rest consumers of gas, the system of pre-payment will have been introduced since early 2003.

Some heads of enterprises and organizations did not like the innovation, especially those ones who used to take the natural gas in credit and not to pay for it. In opinion of certain authorities, the system of pre-payment for fuel may negatively influence upon the production. On the contrary, the department “Dubossary-Gas” considers that the new system of mutual payments will make heads of enterprises think over the mechanism of more efficient distribution of means earned by the collective.
